SHIPPING + HANDLING
Order processing times can take 7-10 business days, not including delivery time.
During periods of increased volume during holidays and promotional sales, order processing can increase by up to 14 business days or two business weeks.
We provide worldwide shipping for our customers and all shipping costs are calculated, based on location, at checkout.
Please note that KHHONDA LLC ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid."
THIS MEANS THAT ALL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND BROKERAGE FEES ARE NOT CHARGED BY KHHONDA LLC AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to KHHONDA LLC we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. KHHONDA LLC is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and KHHONDA LLC will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. KHHONDA LLC is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
