Shipping Policy
Seller Shipping Responsibility
Each seller operating on Khhonda Marketplace is an independent third-party seller and is solely responsible for the products or services offered through the seller’s store, including product descriptions, inventory, packaging, shipping charges, processing times, carrier selection, tracking information, delivery, fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable shipping and consumer-protection laws.
Khhonda LLC operates the Khhonda Marketplace technology platform and does not manufacture, possess, package, inspect, ship, transport, or deliver products offered by independent sellers unless Khhonda LLC expressly states otherwise.
The seller assumes responsibility for claims, losses, damages, expenses, refunds, chargebacks, shipping disputes, lost or damaged shipments, customer complaints, regulatory matters, or other liabilities arising from or relating to the seller’s products, fulfillment, shipping practices, representations, omissions, or failure to complete an order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khhonda LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the seller’s products, services, conduct, fulfillment, or violation of applicable law or Khhonda Marketplace policies.
Processing and Shipping Time
Sellers must process and ship customer orders within 3 business days after receiving a confirmed order, unless a different processing time is clearly disclosed on the product listing before purchase. Once shipped, the seller must provide valid tracking information when available. Sellers are responsible for delays caused by late fulfillment, incorrect shipping information provided by the seller, inadequate packaging, or failure to ship within the disclosed processing period.
Orders that remain unshipped beyond the seller’s stated processing period may be subject to cancellation, refund, seller account review, withholding of vendor funds, or other action by Khhonda LLC.
Refund Policy
Seller Refund Responsibility
Each seller is solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, condition, legality, safety, accuracy, and fulfillment of the products or services offered through that seller’s Khhonda Marketplace store.
Customers may submit refund requests through Khhonda Marketplace within the applicable refund-request period. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Khhonda LLC may review or facilitate refund disputes in accordance with marketplace rules, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.
The seller is financially responsible for refunds, chargebacks, replacement costs, return-shipping obligations, customer claims, and other losses resulting from products or services that are defective, damaged, counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, materially different from their description, improperly fulfilled, undelivered, or otherwise attributable to the seller.
Khhonda LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable seller agreement, to deduct or offset approved refunds, chargebacks, claims, penalties, fees, or amounts owed from seller earnings or amounts otherwise payable to the seller.
Each seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khhonda LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims and liabilities arising from the seller’s products, services, representations, conduct, refund obligations, or violations of law or marketplace policy.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Seller Cancellation, Return & Exchange Responsibility
Each seller is solely responsible for establishing and honoring lawful cancellation, return, and exchange terms applicable to that seller’s products or services, subject at all times to Khhonda Marketplace policies and applicable law.
Sellers must accurately disclose all material product information and any lawful return or exchange restrictions before purchase. A seller may not use an individual store policy to avoid responsibilities imposed by applicable law or Khhonda LLC’s marketplace rules.
Customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be available after an order has been processed, prepared, fulfilled, or shipped. Return and exchange eligibility may depend on product type, condition, applicable law, and the seller’s disclosed policies.
Where a claim, refund, return, exchange, chargeback, regulatory inquiry, injury allegation, intellectual-property complaint, product-safety issue, or other dispute results from a seller’s product, service, listing, representation, omission, or conduct, the seller remains responsible for the underlying transaction and resulting obligations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Khhonda LLC may remove listings, suspend or terminate seller accounts, withhold or offset seller funds, require documentation, issue customer refunds where authorized, or take other reasonable measures necessary to protect customers, Khhonda LLC, payment providers, and the integrity of the marketplace.
Each seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khhonda LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from the seller’s products, services, listings, activities, contractual obligations, or violations of law or marketplace rules.
