1. About Khhonda Marketplace
Khhonda Marketplace is operated by Khhonda LLC. Khhonda provides an online marketplace where independent sellers can offer products to customers. Unless otherwise stated, products listed on the marketplace are offered by independent sellers.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of their account credentials, and all activity conducted through their account.
Khhonda may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, marketplace policies, applicable law, or the rights of other users.
3. Independent Sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, product quality, inventory, pricing, lawful sale of their products, shipping obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and marketplace policies.
Khhonda may review, approve, reject, remove, or suspend product listings or seller accounts when necessary.
4. Orders and Payments
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and seller acceptance where applicable.
Prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges are displayed before checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping is generally handled by the individual seller responsible for the order.
Shipping methods, costs, handling times, and estimated delivery times may vary by seller and destination and will be shown where available during checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible refund and return requests are subject to Khhonda’s Refund & Returns Policy and any applicable seller-specific policies.
Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to special conditions.
7. Product Information
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, images, prices, product details, and other listing information.
Khhonda may remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, counterfeit, or otherwise inconsistent with marketplace policies.

Users may not use Khhonda to engage in fraud, sell prohibited or unlawful products, infringe intellectual property rights, manipulate reviews, misuse another person’s information, interfere with marketplace operations, or violate applicable laws.
9. Marketplace Role
Khhonda provides the marketplace infrastructure that connects buyers and independent sellers.
To the extent permitted by law, sellers remain responsible for the products they offer, including product quality, descriptions, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.
10. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Khhonda may review order disputes, refund requests, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or other transaction issues.
Khhonda may withhold, adjust, reverse, or delay seller payouts when reasonably necessary to resolve refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, policy violations, or other marketplace risks.
11. Intellectual Property
The Khhonda name, logo, website design, marketplace content, and related branding belong to Khhonda LLC or their respective rights holders.
Users may not copy, misuse, reproduce, or commercially exploit Khhonda intellectual property without authorization.
12. Privacy
Use of Khhonda is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
Khhonda may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
